You can now upload forms and documents that parents can access at any time via the application. For instance, you can upload field trip permissions, policy handbook or immunization forms. Parents will have access to all uploaded documents via the “Form & Documents” menu option on the application.
Documents can be uploaded in Settings > Forms & Documents. This is for your permanent documents, they are not included in the daily emails sent to parents. It is different from your time-based documents (newsletters, announcements for upcoming events, …) that you can upload in Settings > Send to Parents.
This feature is only available to Premium+ and Professional+ subscriptions.
