Daily Connect & KinderConnect Integration: Easy Subsidy Tracking in NY, TX, LA, and MO

At Daily Connect, we’re always looking for new ways to make life easier for our users. That’s why we’ve partnered with Kinder Connect to allow users to use Daily Connect to submit attendance tracking data to state subsidy agencies. 

For now, Daily Connect users in the following states can use Daily Connect to submit attendance data, making for streamlined collection of subsidy payments:

  • New York
  • Texas
  • Louisiana
  • Missouri

How Does the Daily Connect & KinderConnect Integration Work?

If your childcare center receives subsidy payments from state governments, you’ll know just how important it is to keep detailed records of attendance. Often, this means you (or your staff) have to manually re-enter your childcare center’s attendance information into another system. 

Not only does that take time, but it also increases the likelihood of an error occurring, meaning that state agencies are more likely to reject subsidy payments. That can lead to all kinds of headaches, from the extra time taken to correct the error to cash flow challenges. 

With this new integration, the attendance tracking information you already track in Daily Connect will be automatically sent to KinderConnect, which then transmits the information to the relevant state database.

Daily Connect’s digital sign-in and attendance tracking tools are extremely popular among our users. When parents and caregivers drop their children off at your facility, they sign their child in using a unique PIN code or by scanning a QR code. When they pick their child up again at the end of the day, they use the same system to sign out. 

This not only ensures a more secure drop off and pick up process, it also creates a digital record of every minute children have spent at your facility. Administrators can view these records in a series of reports available on the Daily Connect web application, and can use them to satisfy licensing requirements, handle parent billing, and more. 

Once you set up the integration, it’s a simple change that will save you and your team plenty of time every month. 

How to Set Up the Daily Connect and KinderConnect Integration
